SHIPPING POLICY

49 CFR Compliance

It is our policy to ship in compliance with USDOT (United States Department of Transportation) 49 CFR regulations. Canada also adheres to these regulations and we comply for Canadian orders. Most of our chemical products are considered hazardous materials (HAZMAT) according to these regulations and must be shipped in specific ways: Limited Quantity commodities are consumer limited quantities of a regulated product that require no paperwork but do require stickers notifying of their status as ORM-D commodities. Our ORM-D products ship via FEDEX Ground service in the continental US or FEDEX Ground International service to Canada. We do not ship any of these to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or internationally.

Orders received by 9 am EST may be shipped same day.

In the event that we cannot ship your order due to a back order situation, you will be advised.



DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY (Continental USA only)
Shipping method will be at the discretion of Keavy's Corner. As stated above all orders containing Limited Quantity Goods will be shipped via FEDEX ground in the USA. Orders for products considered non hazardous may be shipped to PO boxes.

CANADIAN SHIPPING
We are not presently shipping to Canada

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Includes Alaska and Hawaii)
We are not offering international orders at this time.

RETURN POLICY
We will replace defective products. As our products are consumer commodities, we cannot accept returns for any other reason. Keavy's Corner is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping companies, whether it be because of weather, conditions, or human error. If a package is damaged during shipment, we will replace your order, and deal with the shipper for a refund.
